Participation in the registry does not constitute endorsement, certification, or verification of any contractor, business, or individual.
Contractor Listings
Contractor information submitted to the registry is provided by the contractor or business representative.
Perry Street Empowerment does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or validity of the following information:
• Licensing
• Insurance coverage
• Certifications
• Business qualifications
• Experience claims
Developers, municipalities, and project managers are responsible for independently verifying contractor qualifications before entering into agreements.
Workforce Participants
Individuals who submit workforce applications may express interest in apprenticeship or employment opportunities.
Listing in the registry does not guarantee employment or placement with a contractor or project.
Contractors and project owners are responsible for evaluating worker qualifications, experience, and suitability for employment.
Section 3 Participation
The registry may include information related to Section 3 workforce eligibility or Section 3 business status.
Final determinations regarding compliance with Section 3 or other regulatory requirements are the responsibility of the project owner, developer, contractor, or governing agency.
No Contractual Relationship
Participation in the registry does not create a contractual relationship between:
• Perry Street Empowerment and contractors
• Perry Street Empowerment and workforce participants
• Perry Street Empowerment and developers or municipalities
Perry Street Empowerment serves only as a connection platform.
Limitation of Liability
Perry Street Empowerment shall not be liable for:
